Portion Size

The portion size is the amount of food (number of servings) you choose to eat in one seating for the meal or a snack. For example, when considering chicken meat, we normally eat two servings in one single portion at one seating: about 6oz of chicken (1 small-medium chicken breast of about 170g). Sometimes portion sizes and serving sizes can be the same. (1)
