Processed foods

Processed foods are those foods that have undergone some processing such as cooking, pureeing, shredding, or blending. Examples are: boiled carrots, shredded apples, potato pure, banana smoothies, breakfast cereals, bread, processed meats such as sausages or bacon, pasteurized milk or soft drinks.
